Quietude is a fictional podcast concept exploring the quietest places in the world. This project translates that idea into a series of calm, atmospheric illustrations that reflect stillness, solitude, and connection with nature.
The main cover introduces the visual language of the series: a giant woman reclining alone in a mountain lake — almost like resting in a bathtub. This surreal yet gentle image acts as a metaphor for comfort, introspection, and becoming part of the landscape.
The mood is peaceful, reflective, and slightly dreamlike — inviting the viewer to slow down.

Alongside the main cover, I created four additional covers for imagined episodes set in:
- Atacama Desert
- Faroe Islands
- Lake District
- Tofino
Each illustration captures a different natural environment while maintaining a cohesive visual tone.

The visual approach is minimalist and nature-inspired:
- Soft, cohesive color palette
- Clean, understated typography
- Gentle textures and simple forms
- Emphasis on negative space and calm composition
The goal was to create a visual experience that feels like a quiet breath — spacious, slow, and thoughtful. This project explores storytelling through mood, scale, and atmosphere. It became a way to build a calm visual identity around a concept that celebrates silence in a noisy world.
